- O & E Report
- A 20-year ownership & encumbrance report discloses certain defined documents
relating to real property which appear "of record" and impart constructive
notice. It does not imply any opinion, warranty or guarantee as to the status of
title, nor does it insure title to real property
- Environmental Search
- A 50-year summary of all defined documents relating to real property which appear
"of record" and impart constructive notice, showing a complete chain of title
for that period.
